Otter Survey

Booking essential, Free transport available from Bangor and Caernarfon

We will be joined by David Thorpe from Natural Resources Wales and Bill Taylor from the Snowdonia National Park Authority who will be training volunteers in otter survey techniques. The group will be walking a section of the river to look for signs of otters and collecting samples of spraint. The information that we find will go a long way to help understand the current population of otters in this beautiful area of the National Park.
