Pond maintenance and Wildlife Gardening at Ty Hyll!

Now that the height of the amphibian breeding period is over and leaves are starting to fall – there’s no better time to put on some waders and to give the wildlife pond a bit of TLC. Dying foliage needs to be cut back, excess leaf litter removed and undesirable and dominating plant species controlled. If you’d like to give our new waders their debut pond clearance experience or you’d like to help out in the wildlife garden then please do come along to help out. No prior experience is needed!

We have two pairs of waders, so if  you have your own bring them along!
