Rhododendron is an invasive species to Wales. In a partnership between the Snowdonia Society and the Snowdonia National Park Authority, we have been removing Rhododendron from Bryn Gwynant Youth Hostel as part of the Nant Gwynant and Beddgelert Rhododendron removal project. Our aim is to free the valley from this invasive species. We will be joined by the Dingle Local Nature Reserve Volunteers for the day, so come and give them a warm Snowdonia welcome.
