Watkin Footpath Maintenance

The Watkin path is one of 6 major routes up Snowdon and with over 500,000 people making the journey up the mountain each year there is no surprise that it takes constant work to keep the paths in working order.
Help us carry out important maintenance work from the Nant Gwynant valley floor up to the Bwlch y Saethau ridge. This will include the scattering of unwanted cairns, opening blocked drainage channels and landscaping widening sections of the path to stop future erosion.
