Peri is our Development Officer, she is responsible for actively recruiting diverse new members, business members, supporters and volunteers, so we can continue making a positive impact. She also supports in developing and delivering a programe of public events and activities to increase the Society’s profile. Peri works on identifying and developing new sponsorship and fundraising streams and other potential avenues of revenue to support the Society’s work.
In her spare time you’ll find Peri either hanging onto a rockface, swimming in a lake or plodding up a mountain. She also enjoys painting, using Acrylic or oil on canvas and painting the occasional mural. Having lived in North Wales all her life, Peri’s artwork is heavily inspired by local nature and sceneries, specifically those found in Eryri. She loves to incorporate her creative ideas and designs into her role with the Society every chance she gets!
The Snowdonia Society, established in 1967, is a member-based registered charity working to protect and enhance the beauty and special qualities of Eryri and to promote their enjoyment in the interests of all who live in, work in or visit the area both now and in the future.
