Last week our staff team enjoyed a two day outdoor first aid course at Boulder Adventures where we learned how to keep everyone safe in the outdoors. Fortunately the weather was beautiful and we were able to enjoy learning outside.
“I feel so much more knowledgeable and confident in my first aid skills now, it was great having so much supportive and hands on learning to help prepare me for real life situations.” Molly Isherwood, Conservation Assistant Trainee.
“The outdoor first-aid course really boosted my confidence in dealing with emergencies and keeping calm under pressure. I feel a lot more confident in my ability to handle safety situations in the turbulent conditions that can arise while working outdoors.” Chelsea Boden, Conservation Assistant Trainee.
A huge thank you to Steve and Helen from Snowdonia First Aid for your interesting and inspiring course and to Boulder Adventures for being such hospitable hosts.
