Help us tackle the Nature Emergency and support Nature-friendly farming in Eryri!
Nature in Wales is in crisis; one is six species is at risk of disappearing from the country. The Welsh Government is currently consulting on a new Sustainable Farming Scheme to take the place of the CAP. Will you help us put things right by taking part in consultation? It only takes two minutes!
We’re calling on Welsh Government to do more for farmers and nature in our National Parks through the Sustainable Farming Scheme, and we need your help.
Government can’t afford to miss this golden opportunity to support nature-friendly farming practices and help reverse the decline of biodiversity. National Parks should be playing a key role in tackling this, but previous Welsh Government agriculture schemes have delivered no better results inside these than outside.
Right now the Welsh Government is now creating a new financial support scheme for farmers, the Sustainable Farming Scheme (SFS), and we must make sure it delivers for Welsh nature.
Will you join us in demanding a better future for wildlife and ensuring that the SFS rewards and incentivises nature-friendly farming in National Parks?
Yes, I’ll take part!
NB: Please don’t delay. The consultation closes on 7 March!
